Karlssons Christmas kitchen part 1, pepparkakor

Baking ginger bread or
pepparkakor as we say in Sweden
really turns the feeling of Christmas on

You can buy or make your own dough
including things like ginger, cinnamon, clove and pomerans
Interested of recipe?
Send me a message
and I write it down for you

I wanted to have a relaxed time baking, listened to some christmas music
and had some "glögg" - a swedish traditional warm drink for christmas, reminding a bit of the german gluh wine

You make the dough thin and use different forms for the cakes you want to bake

Now they are ready for the oven

And here they are ready to eat!

A very tasty thing to eat is a bit of
blue cheese on a ginger bread

It is a really good mix, try it
- maybe you like it:)
