Burmans Musik!

Anna Karin Karlsson has been a practiser of Vedic Art for more than ten years after studies in Falun and Umeå, Sweden during 2002-03. She has participated in multiple exhibitions in Northern Sweden.

The paintings are done using acrylic on canvas, wood and vinyl

the oldest record shop in Sweden

a fantastic exhibition to look at

Umeå Rockoblues gives 

Blues Jam

at

Droskan, pub & restaurant

It takes place one saturday every month

This time it was superb, magic!

The band of the month

Troubled Sky Band

Totally about seven band played this saturday

arranged with a so called "open scene", sooo good!!

Birch Tree Art from Umeå- Top Class!

Umeå

Björkarnas stad/

The City of Birch trees

The background of the city nickname goes back to 1888, when the town almost burned down completely. After rebuilding the town broad streets were built and birch trees planted on each side of them. 

The trees would protect a possible new fire from jumping over from one house to another etc.
 

I love these trees and the remarcable artistic view available looking at them in different ways

I invite you all looking at the bark from some of them, use your fantasy, step into yourself find your inner paintings externalised by viewing the trees using your eyes and imagination
