The week have been fantastic! The ArtandPlejwoman is moving forward in some of her creative projects. I guess its because I am such a perfect coach for her making her taking all these steps.

Have you heard of the swedish woman 
Heidi Andersson?

She comes from a small swedish village called Ensamheten - The Loneliness
and is a world shampion in arm-wrestling.

The movie Armbryterskan från Ensamheten  
is a story about how she grow up in the village Ensamheten where everyone are into arm-wrestling
 and about her way forward to become worldshampion. 

She said:



Alone you are strong and 
can go far

but 

Together you are stronger 

and can reach even further!

And

If someone beleives in you...

Glass fusing - New Necklace!

I am sooo happy! 

When I came home yesterday I had a small package in my postbox with the most beautiful necklace in it

I was looking at different bloggs some days ago at  
bloggers.com

and finally reached

 

Art For The Most Part

and I could not help it falling in love 
with this necklace:)

The "pearls" are made by the method glass fusing, a 4000 year old method The oldest glases have been found in Babylonia dated 2500 bc. The egyptians also used the method 1500 bc making glasses

This necklace is a piece of art in itself

its like a unique universe inside of it

I have been using some fused glass in my art painting lately myself, having small pieces together with the acrylic colours. Glass is a fantastic material! I got very much inspired continuing with my own creative path finding this necklace and I will continue creating experimenting my ideas into reality

Tommy Emmanuel Golden concert in Umeå

Yesterday at work by lunchtime I had to check out a ticket I kept in my wallet. I was sure it was on tuesday evening I was going to see the fantastic guitar player

But, what a surprise - he was going to perform on this monday evening!

Immediately when noticing that this man was going to come to Umeå on hit tour, I seized the opportunity and reserved a ticket

The outstanding guitarist from Australia

With such excellent fingerstyle you almost couldnt beleive your ears

I was lucky listening to him in Umeå yesterday performing a marvellous concert!

It was unbeleivable, and with so much feelings in it. We were all standing up several times giving him big hands!

This is actually the second time I listen to him live and I wouldnt mind doing it again

If you ever get a chance to see him live 

just  

seize the opportunity 

and
 go for it!

And looking at the moon when coming home again I almost felt the greatfulness of other listeners out there  ..

Futurefarmers/ 
A variation of Powers of Ten

about the borders of science 

and non solved mysteries.  

 The artists Amy Franceschini and Michael Swaine (FutureFarmers) were the leaders of the arrangment 
 

Specielly invited guests were: Ignacio Chapela, mikroecologist, University of California, Berkeley, Megan Shaw Prelinger, writer, San Francisco och Peter Galison (via Skype), professor in science- and history of physics in Harvard University, Boston.

The film is very special and made me understand 

that for sure ..

It is clear that other existences
  are possible in the universe 

We are definitely not alone

Existences on other planets sure is 
very much possible and likely to exist!
