Something fantastic  is going on! The light is back! The sun shines almost every day, the days are getting longer AND....its time to think a little about things you want to let grow...

 Me and the ArtandPlejwoman have been talking about what to let grow and as always basil is the choice and the seed is ecologic.

So far they havent grown so much, 

only a few days old..:). 

I will keep you posted about how they will develope

its me again

Yes its friday but pleeeeease whats going on, 
on the planet???

I am saaaad, crying, and I dont know what to do!!

 Snifff... :(((

I got an email last night from one of my best bumble bee friends in New York. She told me about human beings shooting more and more often on each other and guns are found all over!!!

But, are you crazy??!!!!  

I told her to come here, and she and some other bumble bees will come to the house of ArtandPlejwoman as bubmle bee-refugees. 

Its sooo sad, they are scared, cannot get out and the food and water is not good inside of the houses. 

We will have a refugee camp here for the bumble bees from New York, and I must say I dont know how this will end

Half of january already gone!

What happened? Slow speed in january and no money left after christmas, but still the days comes and goes  

AND

Guess what!

When the ArtandPlejwoman goes out skiing..I have started

Meditating!

(yes, she inspired me some weeks ago)   

(Its not me in the photo)

There are many ways of meditating, christian, buddhist, and..well I dont know them all. And maybe you have heard of mindfulness? I will ask the ArtandplejWoman to write some things about it as I think she have some info to share.

So.. I guess you are curious about what kind of meditation I use?

Well..hehe

I use some special rytmic music (you may listen to the video and practise yourself), I lay down for some minutes listen to it, breath the music into my body and out again..and after lets say 3 or 4 minutes..

I start Dancing:)))

She is a fantastic woman and so funny!!

 

I will tell her how much I love her  

and how happy I am staying here

Hot Stuff - in the Middle of the Cold

Dear readers!

As its winter and getting colder outside, I felt for posting some really hot stuff for you!

Im talking about  

Chili  

 I sometimes let chili grow and find it very good to have in my house using it for cooking

It has high levels of C-vitamin karoten, potassium magnesium and iron

The substance making chili hot is called Capsaicin

 Chili is very important in Bhutan and always possible to find in the marketplaces. The national dish Ema datshi is made with a lot of chili and cheese.

days like these when the ArtandPlejwoman is at home, free from work, painting, dancing and there are plenty of good things to eat!! Yammi! :)

The New Years eve was supernice, and

 I guess you looked at the food on yesterdays post.
 

It sure tasted like in the best gourmet restaurant
with plenty of stars in Guide Michelin...  

Its only one problem

my weight increases!!!!

The ArtandPlejwoman has started her skiing season, but what can I do???

Its too cold for getting out flying. 

I guess I will go on plain honey diet

AND
