Droskan Forever Le Blues Jam

Umeå

is a cultural very well servered town

becoming

European Capitol of Culture in 2014

 Once every month 

Umeå Rockoblues gives 

Blues Jam

at

Droskan, pub & restaurant

Droskan, short before Blues Jam 

It takes place one saturday every month

This time it was superb, magic!

The band of the month

Troubled Sky Band

Totally about seven band played this saturday

arranged with a so called "open scene", sooo good!!

New skiing equipment - first tour

Finally I got myself a new skiing equipment

Perfect weather to go on my first tour using it, 

sunny and not too cold

 

Ski Team Sweden - why not? :)

Soon february is over I am glad the refugees are having a better life with the ArtandPlejwoman and me ...but they are still in deep chock. The ArtandPlejwoman inspired me telling you this:

This week soon will be nothing more but a memory

Golden moments some of them

and some of them

grey with dusty blue souls..

Sometimes its easiest to remember 

the sad things hurting

 

But look very carefully 

in your memory book

and

You will find some beautiful pure

white dressed up thoughts and feelings

..up on memory lane

powerful rain of meteorites

Panic and confusion was a fact among the

people in the million town Tjeljabinsk

Baggböle, Umeälven

Do you remember what you did when it happened?

It could have happened in your town

Anyway

It did not

but anyway

it was sending us a signal 
about us being a unit
and united
 

We are One

we need each other

75000 semlor eaten in Umeå

This tuesday is called "fettisdag" in Sweden 

(only a few hours left of it)

The dictonary translates fettisdag as - 

Shrove Tuesday

also known as pancake tuesday 

The bread - semla is filled with almond paste and cream

This home made semla was my second one today. 

Felt super after my evening kundalini yoga:)

I read in the newspaper that 

75000 semlor will be eaten in Umeå today!

Aroniabooster healthy drink!

I love to use healthy natural products 

as a  booster of my immune defence

Do you remember when I picked these nice Aronia berries last autumn?

Aronia 
superboostered with antioxidants

The berries are mixed in a mixer. 

Water is added - 6 dl/1kg 

and kept for two days and nights in a cold place.

Time for separating the juice from the berries



 A superb glass of aronia juice, 

ready to drink

its me again

Yes its friday but pleeeeease whats going on, 
on the planet???

I am saaaad, crying, and I dont know what to do!!

 Snifff... :(((

I got an email last night from one of my best bumble bee friends in New York. She told me about human beings shooting more and more often on each other and guns are found all over!!!

But, are you crazy??!!!!  

I told her to come here, and she and some other bumble bees will come to the house of ArtandPlejwoman as bubmle bee-refugees. 

Its sooo sad, they are scared, cannot get out and the food and water is not good inside of the houses. 

We will have a refugee camp here for the bumble bees from New York, and I must say I dont know how this will end

Skiing in daylight - Love and Peace!

In an earlier post I have showed you views from skiing in darkness

This time I went out skiing during daytime

I cannot give you the feeling skiing on a
body experiencing level

but 

I am happy to share the beauty of the open fields and in the forrest

on my skiing tour in Baggböle
