There is no Christmas wihtout a lot of good food 

I love sitting eating for hours 
no stress only pure enjoyment!

These photos show some of the traditional food 

served during Christmas Eve in Sweden

Actually it was what I had for dinner this Christmas Eve :)

I didnt take photos of all of the dishes included 
we also had the traditional "Lutfisk"and before going home we had a nice 
porridge made out of rice

As a tradition we put two almonds in the porridge and the one who gets an almond will marry during next year

Maybe some of your neighbours dont have any christmas food or ..is sitting alone

An invitation might be the best Christmas gift for you to give this year..

I will relax very much this summer, the bumble bee refugees are gone since long leaving me a bit exhausted

I must say, it was worth it all taking care of them

If you have a chance, 

do take care of some human beings 

having a hard time

Just do it, dont hesitate

Life will feel much easier afterwards

I have some basil update for you guys

I long for some fantastic italian evenings with the gourmet kitchen queen 

The ArtandPlejwoman!!!

 She is excellent in the kitchen, 

I guess you have already noticed:)

 We have started sitting on the verandah, its possible 

even if there still is a lot of snow outside

But dearest Guys

Please be carefull in the sun

I use this sun hat to protect my skin

Its very good using a hat like this to protect yourself from not getting too sunburned in the face:)

Yesterday I took a walk by the river 

Ume-älven 

and walked from 

Baggböle 

to Backens kyrka.  

Its the oldest church (1200-1300) in Umeå and in the beginning built of wood.

Today I am going to remind you that everything is changing. Nothing remains, nothing will stay the way it is.. 

It is a natural law, a gift of Gods, and very good to know. The flowers look nice when they are fresh and later on they change their look. 

Its the same with you... and maybe its good, because it would be very strange if you looked the same when being old as when you were new born.

And your inside... well its very good that its changing,

not staying with the look of a newborn
